Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate professionally in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, journal vouchers, and financial reports
• Manage accounting entries in Tally Prime accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and banks regarding financial matters
• Draft professional emails and business correspondence in English
• Monitor and manage transactions involving multiple currencies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Support inventory and stock-related accounting activities for trading/manufacturing operations

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in a trading or manufacturing company
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multi-currency transactions confidently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional accounting certifications or professional qualifications will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of VAT/ Corporate Tax and basic financial reporting practices is preferred
