Job Vacancy – Accountant (General)

Prime Link Transport is hiring for the following position:

Accountant

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Prepare journal entries, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist in VAT calculations, filing, and compliance.
• Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.
• Support payroll processing and staff-related financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external parties as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of VAT and basic UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
