Sinyar Al Khaleej Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who have experience managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preferably within the construction industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with VAT compliance, and contributing to the company’s financial reporting processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and process daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure VAT compliance and assist with tax-related documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
