BYYD is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its Dubai team and support business growth by managing client relationships, developing new opportunities, and delivering effective digital advertising solutions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales, digital marketing, and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop key client accounts to strengthen business relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and understand their requirements.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide suitable advertising solutions.
• Stay updated with product developments and industry trends.
• Recommend strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Monitor client performance and support long-term account growth.
Requirements:
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management within a digital agency, ad-tech company, or technology platform.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for digital marketing and client relationship management.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics, digital marketing, and online advertising.
• Ability to identify client needs and build long-term partnerships.
