Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor at Time Training Center in Abu Dhabi, you will speak with prospective students, understand their learning goals and help them identify suitable courses. You will guide applicants through admission steps while keeping enquiries moving toward enrolment and contributing to the center’s intake targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Discuss course options with prospective students and explain relevant admission procedures.
- Respond to student enquiries and assess their needs to provide useful guidance.
- Track new leads and follow up with prospective applicants using CRM and lead-management tools.
- Work toward assigned admission and enrolment targets.
- Record student communications and admission progress accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help applicants move through the admissions process smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in education sales or student admissions.
- Bachelor’s degree; the source lists this qualification as an estimate.
- Strong verbal communication and telesales skills.
- Practical experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Ability to build relationships with prospective students and work toward enrolment targets.
- Knowledge of education sales and student admission processes.
