M&H Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in air conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, along with the ability to deliver high-quality technical services across residential and commercial projects.
This role is suitable for a skilled technician who can work independently, diagnose technical faults efficiently, and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Candidates who are available to join immediately or on short notice will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to restore system performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Inspect air conditioning systems and identify technical issues.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain service records and report completed work accurately.
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver timely maintenance services.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good knowledge of AC servicing, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Candidates who can join soon are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• AC/HVAC servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Preventive maintenance procedures and fault diagnosis.
• Technical troubleshooting, safety standards, and equipment handling.
