Role Overview
As Category Manager, you will drive the growth and profitability of your assigned category by developing and executing strategies that align with our purpose. You will champion innovation, brand equity and commercial excellence while ensuring our products continue to delight, care for and nourish consumers across Hygiene, Baby and Beauty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies that deliver sustainable growth and strengthen our portfolio of trusted brands.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to launch new products, optimize existing lines and improve consumer engagement across all channels.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage category P&L, including pricing, promotion and trade spend, to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and efficient operations.
- Embed sustainability and wellbeing principles into every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept to shelf.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of category management, brand management or commercial experience in FMCG, ideally within Hygiene, Baby or Beauty.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional projects and a track record of delivering results.
- Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to improving the wellbeing of communities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
