Description:
EStar Travel is urgently seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Administrative Officer to manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning within the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee documentation, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating visa and labor processes, and ensuring efficient office administration. Immediate joiners with strong UAE HR experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage onboarding, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour approvals, and Emirates ID procedures with PRO/typing centers.
• Oversee general office administration and manage vendor/supplier coordination.
• Support recruitment activities and handle employee queries on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
• UAE experience in HR operations and documentation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processing, and HR procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/document management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
