Description:
ARCHPIX Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Supervision Site Engineer to join its team in Dubai. The role requires a professional capable of supervising and managing structural construction activities on-site while ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and UAE construction regulations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day site operations, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that all structural works are executed according to project specifications. This position demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor daily structural construction activities on-site
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, UAE building codes, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports
• Monitor reinforcement, concrete works, steel structures, and formwork activities
• Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions
• Verify quantities and assist in material inspections and approvals
• Ensure compliance with HSE safety regulations at all times
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with MEP and architectural teams
• Maintain proper documentation including inspection requests, method statements, and daily reports
• Support project planning and scheduling for timely project completion
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• 3–7 years of UAE experience in structural site supervision (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure works
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural engineering software
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential projects is an advantage
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Structural construction supervision and site execution
• QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards
• Construction safety practices and HSE compliance
• Project coordination, scheduling, and site management
