Yas Oilfield Services is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Process financial transactions, invoices, and payments
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments on financial matters
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• Previous accounting experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial accounting principles and practices
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Financial reporting and reconciliation procedures
• Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications
