Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and support strategic business objectives within the real estate development sector. This position is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and project-based accounting.
The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Candidates with a proven track record in UAE real estate development finance and strong leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
• Oversee project accounting activities related to real estate developments
• Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Lead and mentor finance team members while driving operational efficiency
Requirements:
• CA or ACCA qualification is mandatory
• Proven experience within the UAE real estate development industry
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience managing cash flow and treasury-related activities
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and financial governance practices
• Hands-on experience in project accounting and real estate finance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet business objectives
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting standards and management accounting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Real estate development finance and project accounting principles
