Job responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to live chat inquiries and support tickets.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide customer support through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurateresponses.
- WhatsApp chats as well Us making
- Customer issue follow up and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Attaining the required Customer satisfaction rate.
- Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3min
Requirements:
- Typing speed of 40 words per Minute
- Degree or diploma in a Business-related Course
- Experience in a similar role
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills
