Description:

A growing central kitchen operation based in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive / Manager to support its expansion in the B2B food supply and catering sector. The role focuses on building strong business relationships, generating new leads, and driving revenue growth through corporate and institutional partnerships.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced in sales or business development within the food service or hospitality industry.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the catering and food supply sector

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners

• Promote catering services, corporate meal plans, and bulk food supply solutions

• Develop sales strategies to expand market reach across Dubai

• Negotiate and close contracts with restaurants, hotels, offices, and institutions

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management

• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Handle client inquiries and provide tailored business solutions

• Support expansion of event catering and institutional food contracts
