We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.(Cleaning Company Experience is Must)

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
- Provide information about services and pricing
- Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally
- Update customer records and service details
- Coordinate with cleaning staff as needed
- Handle Day to Day collection
- Bank reconciliation
- Record daily transactions
- Do followups from clients for the payments
- Keep record or payments and expenses
- payroll, Salaries, invoices
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Uae cleaning company experience ia a plus
