Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Geology, ICT, Planning, Business Administration, or related fields; valid driving license for Driver role).

• Have prior experience in engineering, water and sanitation projects, ICT, geology, planning, auditing, or administration.

• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Be familiar with public service frameworks, water works development mandates, and compliance standards.

• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with CRVWWDA’s mission of developing and maintaining sustainable water and sanitation facilities.

• Managerial roles require leadership, policy advisory, and strategic planning capacity.

• Technical roles require engineering proficiency, project implementation, and fieldwork expertise.

• Administrative roles require clerical support, office management, and service delivery.

• Driving roles require valid licenses, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
