The Energy Trading Company is looking for an Accountant cum Office Admin with knowledge and excellent in Accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Education - B. Com
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Handle quarterly and closings.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Manage all bills
- Collect/submit cheque payments and documents.
- Assist in office admin works.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Ensuring all accounting data are recorded.
