· Able to support the sales and purchase team / check documents / prepare invoices.
. Has to ensure that all data are correct and double check the work of colleagues if necessary.
. Filing documents / Create and update records.
· Handles other responsibilities of admin as may assign.
Proficient in MS Office programs (WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT)
