We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistants to support efficient warehouse operations. The role involves accurate receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of fish and feeds, while upholding high standards of inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store fish stock in accordance with the warehouse procedures.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching fish feeds, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
- Verify stock against delivery notes and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage practices to maintain product quality and safety.
- Support crate handling, returns processing, and maintain smooth stock flow.
- Participate in routine stock counts and cycle counts as directed by the warehouse team.
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and general hygiene practices.
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks and support special projects when required.
- Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the warehouse associate and warehouse management team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team- oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive work attitude.
