Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, distribution centers, sales managers, and internal teams  
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails courteously, accurately, and promptly  
  • Process garage orders and quotes with a strong emphasis on accuracy and turnaround time  
  • Prepare and complete invoicing for orders as required  
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution centers  
  • Resolve issues related to pricing, quality, order changes, or delivery timing  
  • Relay customer feedback, complaints, and order updates to relevant departments  
  • Meet established activity goals and productivity standards  
  • Provide peer support to fellow Customer Care team members as needed  

Qualifications.

  • Diploma or degree in a business-related field  
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in a garage  
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office  
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment  
  • Strong customer focus with professional communication skills  
  • High attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy  
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting  
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
