Description:
An organization operating across Dubai and the Northern Emirates is currently seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related processes and ensure smooth coordination with local authorities. This role is well-suited for professionals who have a strong background in PRO services and are familiar with UAE regulations and administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, liaising with government departments, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all government-related documentation and approvals
• Liaise with various UAE government departments and authorities to complete official procedures
• Ensure timely processing of visas, labor cards, and other regulatory documents
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and official paperwork
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and administrative requirements
• Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and online government systems
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Arabic nationality with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PRO, preferably within group or multi-entity companies
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Hands-on experience with UAE government online portals and systems
