The Graduate Program combines classroom style trainings and on-the-job learning. You may be considered for the Corporate “Trading Academy”, along with the other commercial Graduates from other Regions (Slots allowing). The Trading Academy will include several modules covering key elements of cash trading.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with specialization in Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Accounting & Finance, Economics and/or Business.
- Preferably to have work experience or an internship placement in a Commercial environment.
- Maximum of 2-years’ experience
- Fluency in English is Essential.
