Description:
A reputable organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Contracts & Procurement Analyst to join its Support Services team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is well-suited for professionals looking to gain practical experience in procurement operations and contract administration while contributing to transparent and efficient business processes.

The role involves working closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure procurement activities are conducted smoothly and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in reviewing and preparing contracts in accordance with internal policies and legal guidelines
• Support procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, vendor communication, and evaluation procedures
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and related documentation
• Analyze procurement data, including spending trends, pricing, and supplier performance metrics
• Track contract timelines, monitor renewals, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to streamline procurement workflows
• Ensure all procurement practices comply with internal policies and ethical standards
• Contribute to promoting best practices in procurement across various departments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the UAE
• Hands-on experience with systems such as Dynamics 365 and Oracle
• Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills

Salary: 5000 - 10000 AED
