BF Interiors is currently looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out to join its team in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2). This role is ideal for professionals who have strong experience managing interior design and fit-out projects and are capable of overseeing every stage of the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure that creative design concepts are successfully translated into practical and high-quality on-site execution while maintaining strict timelines and coordination between all involved stakeholders.

The role requires an organized and detail-oriented professional who can supervise project planning, documentation, and site coordination while ensuring smooth communication among design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining project quality, monitoring timelines, and ensuring that all technical and operational aspects are executed according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Take full responsibility for managing interior design and fit-out projects from initial concept development to final project completion and handover.
• Documentation Control: Oversee and manage project-related documents including architectural drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical submissions, and official project correspondence.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Technical Review: Review AutoCAD drawings, technical specifications, and project plans to ensure they are feasible and aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, address potential challenges, and ensure that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Industry Experience: Relevant professional experience in interior fit-out projects or project coordination within the construction sector in the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office with the ability to analyze and interpret complex architectural and design drawings.
• Location Requirement: Candidates must currently be residing within the United Arab Emirates to be considered for this role.
