Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple branches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
- Support branch managers with HR matters Handle employee relations and staff performance
- Maintain HR records and ensure labor law compliance
- Assist with workforce planning and staff scheduling
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years HR experience (retail or multi-branch experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
