Job Description

Job Overview:
Our Client is looking for an experienced IT Systems Coordinator and Developer to manage IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, software development, and user support, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

  • Manage servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and system updates

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades

Systems Implementation & Integration

  • Lead or support deployment of ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e-commerce, and fleet management systems

  • Ensure seamless integration between internal and third-party systems

  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Software Development & Customization

  • Develop, customize, and maintain internal software solutions

  • Create system integrations and automation to improve operational efficiency

  • Support API integrations, dashboards, reports, and data management tools

Technical Support & User Assistance

  • Provide daily technical support to staff across departments

  • Resolve software, hardware, and network issues

  • Train users on new systems and software

  • Maintain IT helpdesk processes for timely issue resolution

Systems Monitoring & Security

  • Monitor logs and security alerts to protect data integrity

  • Implement cybersecurity best practices, access control, and endpoint security

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access rights

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and IT policies

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

  • Recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and performance

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as liaison between departments, vendors, and system providers

  • Coordinate system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and service agreements

  • Support management in evaluating and selecting new technology solutions

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT systems administration, coordination, or development

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Database management skills (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)

  • Network administration and troubleshooting experience

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS)

  • Experience supporting e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
