Receptionist (3-Month Contract – Own Visa Required)
We are currently looking for a Receptionist who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate should have clear English communication skills, as the role requires interaction with senior and upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
Handle phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
Coordinate courier services and request courier rates for documents
Manage purchasing of pantry supplies and office stationery
Assist the HR department with new staff joining procedures and administrative tasks
Support general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Must have own visa (freelance/spouse visa)
Excellent English communication and clear diction
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Professional attitude and presentable personality
Basic knowledge of office administration
Job Details:
Contract Duration: 3 months
