To implement, drive and continuously improve the end-to-end pro-active client lifecycle management (i.e. Entrenchment) activities for Affluent clients in alignment with Group and Country Affluent Banking objectives (e.g., performance measures including transactability and product holding). To lead a team of entrenchment bankers to achieve the goals and set key performance measures aligned with strategic intent.
Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: First Degree
- Field of Study: Business, Banking or any other related field
Experience Required
- 3-4 years
- Experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability and build relationships. Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the bank’s products, services and digital platforms
