We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Fit-out & Joinery to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, coordination with subcontractors, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Track project progress and report updates to the management team.
• Manage material deliveries and ensure proper utilization on site.
• Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid delays.
• Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fit-out and joinery projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out execution, joinery installation, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• UAE experience in commercial, retail, or restaurant fit-out projects will be an advantage.
