Elite Landscape LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Officer to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant UAE experience in the construction or landscaping sector and the ability to manage procurement processes efficiently.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to purchase order issuance.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors for construction and landscaping materials.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team, store, and site supervisors to understand material requirements and timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to project sites.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably in construction or landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and market pricing in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently available in Dubai, UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience dealing with construction materials, landscaping supplies, irrigation materials, and site equipment will be an advantage.
