Accounts Manager & Operations Admin (Female)

Job Summary
We are a well-established Holiday Homes company based in Dubai, operating since 2021. We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Female Accounts Manager who is also willing to handle essential Administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organized and comfortable balancing financial precision with general office and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Owner Reporting: Generate accurate monthly income statements and facilitate payouts to property owners.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile booking revenues from Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs.
- Tax & Compliance: Manage VAT filings and ensure all Tourism Dirham (DTCM) fees are recorded and paid correctly.
- Payables/Receivables: Manage vendor invoices (cleaning, maintenance) and track security deposit refunds.
Administrative & Operations Support:
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical files for property contracts, Title Deeds, and DEWA accounts.
- Office Coordination: Assist in general office management, including ordering supplies and handling corporate correspondence.
- Onboarding Support: Help coordinate the administrative side of adding new properties to our portfolio (e.g., permit applications).
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the management team with occasional operational tasks that fall outside the standard accounting scope.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female (Strtictly female Preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Holiday Homes or Real Estate Property Management in the UAE.
- Dual Skillset: Must be proficient in accounting while remaining flexible and willing to execute administrative duties as required.
- Software: Expertise in Excel and accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Communication: Professional fluency in English; ability to communicate clearly with owners and vendors.
