Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in Facility Management services to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting facility management solutions to corporate and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
• Promote facility management services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and MEP services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and building owners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand service requirements.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience in Facility Management / Service Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close business deals.
• Knowledge of the UAE facility management market.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
