Job Description
As our new Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, you’ll be part of the Africa Marketing team and the key link between marketing, technical, and commercial teams - helping shape local strategy, deliver impactful tools and training, and drive the success of product launches and marketing campaigns from field to channel.
What You’ll Do
- Translate market and customer insights into local go-to-market strategy
- Strategic product portfolio alignment and business cases to address market needs
- Support value proposition initiatives, product launches, campaign rollouts, and digital initiatives
- Design and deliver training to sales teams, farmers, and distributors
- Develop and adapt impactful sales tools and materials
- Align closely with sales, regulatory and development, and digital teams
- Track performance, gather field feedback, and refine tools and messaging
- Act as a trusted partner to the commercial team, balancing strategic and hands-on support
Key Requirements
- A degree in Agriculture or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry in technical, sales, or marketing roles.
- Solid knowledge of crop protection sector and farmer needs - crop nutrition knowledge is a plus.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Willingness to travel within the region, including field visits and occasional office collaboration.
