Ace Cranes & Engineering FZ-LLC, a reputable engineering and construction company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is currently expanding its team and hiring for Purchase Officer and Store In-Charge positions. These roles are full-time and ideal for professionals with relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, and store operations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement and inventory operations, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting project requirements. These roles require professionals who are proactive, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team environment while solving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities – Purchase Officer:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Maintain procurement records and prepare purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities – Store In-Charge:

  • Oversee store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to meet material requirements.
  • Support operational efficiency and assist in resolving inventory-related issues.
