The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement and inventory operations, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting project requirements. Key Responsibilities – Purchase Officer:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities – Store In-Charge:

• Oversee store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials according to company standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to meet material requirements.
• Support operational efficiency and assist in resolving inventory-related issues.
