We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to oversee our Ride & Safety and Maintenance Departments. You will manage lifeguards, ride operators, glass bridge attendants, pool technicians, and maintenance staff while ensuring all operations run safely and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ride and safety staff (lifeguards, slide, zipline, glass bridge attendants).
• Oversee maintenance teams (pool technicians, ride technicians, maintenance supervisor).
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and emergency procedures.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in safety or maintenance management (amusement parks, waterparks, resorts preferred).
• Certifications like First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard Instructor, NEBOSH, IOSH are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Ajman, UAE.
