The organization is looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the UAE construction industry who can contribute effectively to ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The roles require individuals who are technically skilled, organized, and capable of working collaboratively with multiple site teams.

The company is currently hiring for the following positions:

1️ MEP Coordinator

The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at the construction site. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and civil teams to ensure that all MEP works are carried out efficiently and according to project requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of UAE construction experience in MEP-related works
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination within construction projects
• Ability to handle complete MEP site activities, including coordination, execution, and supervision
• Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and civil engineering teams
• Good understanding of shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
• Ability to monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans

2️ Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities on-site and ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE construction experience in civil engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of site supervision and civil works execution
• Ability to coordinate with MEP teams and other construction departments
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures
• Ability to support daily site operations and ensure construction tasks are completed efficiently
