Description:

A company operating a factory store in Al Hamra Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to supervise and manage daily store operations. The organization is looking for a responsible professional who understands store management procedures and has proven experience handling inventory, documentation, and operational coordination within the UAE.

The selected candidate will take charge of the entire store management process, ensuring smooth inventory control and accurate record keeping. The role also involves working closely with internal teams and overseeing staff involved in store-related tasks to ensure efficiency in stock handling and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities will include supervising store activities, maintaining proper stock levels, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that all store documentation is updated and maintained correctly. The Store Manager will also be responsible for monitoring inventory movement, tracking stock availability, and generating regular reports related to store performance and stock management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of UAE experience working as a Store Manager
• Previous factory-based store experience will be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of store operations, stock control, and documentation processes
• Ability to manage daily store activities and supervise staff effectively
• Experience with inventory management, stock monitoring, and reporting systems
• Prior UAE store or factory environment experience is mandatory
• At least 2–3 years of managerial experience within the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 8,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Additional benefits will be provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law
