Description:

NRTC Group, a well-established and trusted name in the fresh fruits and vegetables industry with over five decades of operations in the UAE, is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive – HORECA to expand and strengthen its hospitality and institutional food service portfolio.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands the operational demands of hotels, catering businesses, and large-scale HORECA groups. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence while maintaining strong relationships with existing high-value clients.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, catering companies, and institutional clients.
  • Manage and grow key HORECA accounts, including prominent hotel chains and hospitality groups.
  • Increase revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of fresh produce and related solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with chefs, procurement departments, and F&B decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, gather industry intelligence, and collaborate with internal teams for effective demand planning.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the HORECA sector.
  • Strong professional network within the UAE hospitality and food service industry.
  • Demonstrated experience handling major hotel chains and large accounts.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Background in fresh produce or FMCG food distribution will be an added advantage.

This is a field-based role across the UAE and requires regular client visits and relationship management. The company is looking for someone passionate about food service, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
