Job Title: Customs PRO

Location: Inside SAIF Zone, Sharjah

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customs PRO to manage all customs and government-related documentation and procedures within SAIF Zone. The role requires strong hands-on experience with SAIF Zone regulations, customs clearance processes, and authority coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all customs documentation and clearance processes within SAIF Zone
• Coordinate with SAIF Zone Authority, Customs, and relevant government departments
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on import/export documents
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and SAIF Zone regulations
• Manage gate passes, approvals, permits, and related documentation
• Track shipments and resolve customs-related issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and approvals

Requirements

• Proven experience working inside SAIF Zone (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Customs PRO or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SAIF Zone customs procedures and systems
• Familiarity with UAE import/export regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision
