• Head of Inclusion – Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience serving as a Head of Inclusion
• English Head of Department (HOD) – Minimum 2 years of experience in an HOD role required
• Islamic Head of Department (HOD) – Minimum 2 years of experience in an HOD role required

Role Expectations:

• Provide strong academic leadership within the assigned department
• Develop and implement curriculum strategies aligned with educational standards
• Support and mentor teaching staff to enhance classroom performance
• Monitor student progress and implement improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with school leadership to maintain academic excellence
