HIRING: SALES COORDINATOR

A growing organization based in Sharjah is actively seeking a motivated and well-organized Sales Coordinator to become part of its dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong coordination skills and are capable of supporting sales operations efficiently. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal sales team while handling documentation and follow-ups accurately.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar sales coordination or support role
• Prior experience within the building materials industry will be considered an added advantage, though it is not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
• Capability to manage sales-related documentation, quotations, order processing, and regular client follow-ups
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
