WE’RE HIRING – HSE OFFICER

A reputable organization is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to strengthen its Health, Safety, and Environment team. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that workplace safety standards are maintained and that all operations comply with regulatory and company-specific HSE requirements.

The ideal applicant should possess strong technical knowledge of safety regulations, practical site experience, and the ability to implement effective safety strategies across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs across project sites
• Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements and internal company safety standards
• Conduct routine site inspections, detailed risk assessments, and comprehensive safety audits
• Identify potential hazards and propose appropriate corrective and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including reports, incident records, and compliance logs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are mandatory
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar HSE position
• Strong understanding of HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills
