Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Risk Management, or related fields (depending on role).
•     Possess professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, HRM, or equivalent (an added advantage).
•     Have prior experience in resiliency planning, learning & development, employee wellness, performance management, risk assessment, or auditing.
•     Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
•     Be familiar with Shariah‑compliant banking principles, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with DIB Bank Kenya’s values of innovation and Shariah‑based financial excellence.
