We have built strong overseas supply chain relationships which help us get all our orders supplied on time. 60% of our products are mainly sourced from, Malaysia, Korea, Turkey and Germany whereas 40% of our products constitutes of customized items made in our production unit.
Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Admin Internship role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The intern will assist in providing administrative support to the sales team, including organizing customer information, managing sales data, preparing tenders and prequalification and preparing reports. Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service, coordinating with customers and aiding in daily sales operations to ensure smooth functionality. The role requires hands-on involvement with both internal teams and external customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver quality customer service
- Proficiency in sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analytical skills to manage sales data and prepare accurate reports
- A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to meet set deadlines
- Familiarity with office furniture sales or a willingness to learn is an advantage
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
