The selected candidate will be responsible for converting technical drawings and engineering plans into accurate on-site layouts, ensuring that every stage of the project maintains proper positioning and structural alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed land and topographical surveys for building and infrastructure developments.
• Perform accurate site measurements, leveling, and marking activities to maintain correct structural alignment.
• Cross-check survey data, benchmarks, and coordinate systems against approved design drawings and project specifications.
• Establish control points and maintain site reference systems for construction teams.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers and site managers to ensure work execution aligns precisely with approved plans.
• Maintain documentation of survey results and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional surveying experience within the UAE construction sector.

• Skilled in managing coordinate systems and ensuring layout accuracy across large-scale projects.
