We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator with a minimum of 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory) to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year UAE real estate admin experience
  • Knowledge of Dubai property market (primary & secondary)
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Experience in listing properties on portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
  • Knowledge of Trakheesi / DLD procedures preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good MS Office skills

Responsibilities:

  • Managing property listings and advertisements
  • Coordinating with agents and developers
  • Handling documentation and compliance requirements
  • Processing Form A, B, I and related paperwork
  • Maintaining CRM and client database
  • Supporting sales team with admin tasks
