Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Auditing, or related fields (depending on role).
•     Have prior experience in retail, FMCG, health & wellness, auditing, warehouse operations, or demand planning.
•     Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•     Be familiar with inventory management systems, wholesale distribution, and retail operations.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑store environment.
•     Leadership roles (Head of Natural Beauty, Assistant Warehouse Manager) require proven team‑management experience.
