Location: Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Schedule: 8 hours/day + 1 hour break
Days Off: 1 day off per week
Visa: Must be on own visa
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone calls
- Handle order taking and accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Prepare invoices and ensure correct order details
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with customers at all times
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage
- Organized, responsive, and customer-focused
- Able to multitask and work under light pressure
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are welcome
