Description:

We are seeking an experienced Student Finance professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is integral to managing financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day student finance operations within a structured academic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform student revenue forecasting and financial analysis.
• Conduct reconciliations for Student Finance, Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Manage billing, collections, and student finance operations.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and support audit processes.
• Work closely with academic units and central finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or student finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with billing, AR, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Comfortable engaging with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working independently.
