Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Conversion
- Drive student enrollment targets for Australian higher education and vocational programs
- Provide consultation and advisory support to prospective students
- Guide students through application and enrollment processes
- Participate in recruitment fairs, events, and promotional activities
Education Agent Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with education agents and institutional partners
- Provide regular updates on program offerings and admission requirements
- Monitor and support agent performance to improve conversion rates
- Expand and strengthen the recruitment partner network
Market Development & Reporting
- Identify new market opportunities within the overseas education sector
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and recruitment reports
- Provide regular performance updates aligned with enrollment targets
Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Australian Higher Education sector, or
- Minimum 3 years experience in Vocational Education, or
- Minimum 5 years experience in the overseas education industry (English programs, Canada, or USA markets), or
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience representing overseas institutions without direct Australian sector experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Proven track record in student recruitment or education sales
- Strong understanding of international education pathways
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented
Remuneration
- AUD 1,500 per month during the 6-month probation period
- AUD 1,700 per month upon successful completion of probation
Probation Period
6 months
Salary: Ksh. 135,000 - Ksh. 150,000
