Job Title: Admin & Operations Assistant – Holiday Homes (Dubai)

About Us
We are a growing Holiday Homes company based in Dubai, managing short-term rental properties across the city. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Operations Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between guests, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Handle guest communication (calls, WhatsApp, email, booking platforms)
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
Schedule housekeeping and maintenance
Maintain property records and documentation
Assist with DTCM permit documentation and compliance
Prepare reports and update booking calendars
Support management with general operational tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years admin experience (holiday homes / real estate / hospitality preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Knowledge of Airbnb / Booking.com systems is an advantage
Currently based in UAE
